Mini Company conducts road tests of it's coupe-crossover Countryman, that was constructed on base of the concept Paceman. For the first time, this car was shown to the public on the "Detroit Auto Show" in 2011.
Judging by spy photos, serial crossover will be have a little differents from the concept. Mini Countryman Coupe inherits the engines of his fellow Countryman, but it is likely the emergence of a more powerful version "John Cooper Works" with the 211-horsepower engine. Compared to the Countryman, three-door version promises to be more athletic. Externally, it will differ a low roofline, high angle of inclination of the front struts and other decoration of stern.
At this stage, the Germans did not disclose details about the crossover, but it is known, that the car will be offered with front and all wheel drive. Production of SUV will be started on the Austrian company - Magna Steyr. The world premiere of production version of Mini Countryman Coupe is scheduled for September this year and will be held in Paris, selling of new cars in Europe will start in 2013.
